Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit a Single Program Field

If you need to make a change, you can edit a single program field.

To edit a single program field:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Programs.
  2. If the List view displays, click Switch to Detail View in the top right corner of the view.
  3. On the Programs Overview tab, hover to the right of the field name and click the Edit icon . If you don't see an edit icon, it means that the field is read-only and cannot be edited.
  4. Enter or edit data as needed.
  5. Click out of the edit box. Touchstone automatically saves the change. A "Program was successfully saved." message briefly displays at the top of the screen.
